We appreciated our one night stay at Neuhof Gäste- & Schokohaus. the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. - the room was clean and had all the essentials like central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table. - the hotel's location was perfect and amazingly close to the train station.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Appenzell. The room was brand-new and spotless, it had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. The staff was very amiable, as well as host. It had absolutely perfect and amazing location extremely close to Appenzell Castle.

I appreciated having 2 single beds in the spotless room. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. - the location was amazing, near the train line, just off the train station and the town center, and close to Ebenalp.
